Wayne Rooney scored a hat trick and Ryan Giggs scored his 100th Prem goal on his 36th birthday. The Avram Grant 'revouloution' didn't begin well as we thrashed Portsmouth. Also, West Ham beat Burnley in a high scoring game. Man-City hadd their SEVENTH league game in a row drawn and when Bullard equilised for Hull he acted out a version of Phil Brown's infamous half time team talk. (Hull were behind by 4 goals against Man City and Phil Brown held his half time team talk on the pitch). Also Spurs have dismissed three Prem managers on November 24th. Paul Hart, Harry Redknapp and Alain Perrin have all been dismissed. If you look at this stage last year 4 Prem managers have been sacked (compared to 1 this year). Today is a huge Spanish derby. Barcelona vs Real Madrid. These are the top two Spanish teams and my prediction* for the match is Barca 2:1 Real. It's basically a really expensive line up for both teams. Barcelona won the La Liga last year and Real have brought Ronaldo, Kaka and Alonso to try and get it back. The total cost of all the players put together is £424,006,000 with Real contributing £295,004,000 and Barcelona giving £129,002,000. It's set to be a cracker.
*prediction was made before the match started
